The term of office of 04 members of the Maharashtra Legislative Council from 02 Graduates’ and 02 Teachers’ Constituencies is expiring on 07th July, 2024 due to retirement of the sitting members as detailed below:

2 The Commission has decided to conduct biennial election to the Maharashtra Legislative Council from above-mentioned Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies in accordance with the following programme :
