IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
- The candidate must reach the Centre at the tone indicated against Reporting/Enny Sime at the Centre in the Admit Card
- No candidate shall be permitted to enter the Centre after the Gate Closing Time
- No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/Hill before the end of the examination
- On completion of the examination, please watt for inamuctions for invigilator and do not get up from your swat urtado. The candidates will be permitted to move out one at a time only.

- The PwD/Pwill candidates must bring a PwD/PwBD Certificate issued by the Competent Authority if claiming relaxation under the PwD/PwBD category. The Scribe will be provided by National Testing Agency only if requested in the online Application Form of NEET (UG)-2025. The facility of a Scribe will be provided, in case on-cestfied in the authorised format as per Annexurell and IV given in Information Bulletin of NEET (UG)- 2025. Reporting of Suspicious Claims w.r.t NEET (UG) 2025 Examination
A dedicated platform has been launched by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to report suspicious claims regarding the NEET(UG) 2025 Examination. NTA advises candidates not to be misled by unscrupulous elements who indulge in malpractice and try to deceive candidates with false claims.
Candidates can report any suspicious activities falling under the following three categories on the portal, the link to which is available on NTA website:

The Act contains stringent provisions for offences committed under the Act.

Subject: Advance Intimation of Examination City for the Applicants of NEET (UG) – 2025 – Reg.
National Testing Agency is conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2025 at different locations throughout the country (552 Cities) and abroad (14 Cities) on 04 May 2025 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:00 P.M. in Pen and Paper mode.
The candidates are required to check/download their Examination City Intimation slip for NEET (UG) – 2025 (using the login credentials).
The Candidates may please note that this is NOT the Admit Card for NEET (UG) -2025. This is advance information for the allotment of the City where the Examination Centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates. The Admit Card of NEET (UG) 2025 shall be issued later.

Sub: Online Application Form for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] 2025 – Reg.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting Online Applications for NEET (UG)2025 for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India.
As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. The NEET (UG)-2025 scores and merit list will also apply for admissions to BDS and BVSC & AH courses as followed in the past in accordance with the rules governed by respective regulatory bodies. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also be applicable to admission to the BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.
MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants seeking admission to B.Sc. Nursing Courses being conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2025 are required to qualify for NEET (UG). The NEET (UG) score will be used for shortlisting for selection to the four-year B.Sc. Nursing course.
The exam will be held on 04th May 2025 and the duration of the examination will be 180 minutes (03 hours) from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST).
The NEET (UG)- 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages i.e. Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.+
*OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes)-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) as per the Central List of Other Backward Classes available on the National Commission for Backward Classes. The candidates falling on this list (available on LINK may mention OBC-NCL in the Category Column. State-listed OBC-NCL Candidates who are not in OBC-NCL (Central List) must choose General.
Important Instructions:
i. Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) 2025 through the “Online” mode only through the website LINK
ii. Submission of the Online Application Form may be done by accessing the NTA website LINK The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
iii. Candidate has to upload recent passport photograph, address proof, scanned signature, etc. For detailed information please read the Information Bulletin carefully.
iv. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
v. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website.
Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
vi. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians’ only, as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

Subject :Clarification on Question Paper Pattern and Examination Duration for NEET (UG)-2025
The National Testing Agency has been conducting the NEET (UG) since 2019 on behalf of National Medical Commission.
All NEET (UG)-2025 aspirants are hereby informed that the question paper pattern and examination duration will revert to the pre-COVID format. where there will not be any Section B anymore. Hence, there will be a total of 180 compulsory questions (45 questions each in Physics and Chemistry and 90 in Biology) which will be attempted by the candidates in 180 minutes thereby removing any optional questions and extra time introduced due to COVID.
Question Paper Pattern:
The question paper will consist of 180 compulsory questions.
The provision for optional questions, introduced temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic, will no longer be available.
Examination Duration:
The total duration of the examination will be 180 minutes (3 hours).
