PUBLIC NOTICEThe online application process for the 21st edition of the CTET Examination started from 27/11/2025 and the last date for submitting online application was 18/12/2025 (11:59 PM). Subsequent to the last date of applications, grievances have been received that a few candidates were not able to submit their applications. The reason for this has been stated to be non-responsiveness of the portal. The request raised in these grievances is that the last date of application be extended to enable such candidates to complete and submit their applications.
The matter has been examined in detail. It was found that out of a total of 25,30,581 candidates who applied successfully, 3,53,218 and 4,14,981 candidates had successfully applied on the second last and the last date of application respectively. Further, the helpline, too, was active on all days and timely assistance was provided to all callers. Thus, it appears that the claim of non-responsiveness of the portal is not very well-founded.
On further review, it appears that there were 1,61,127 incomplete registrations which were not converted into completed and submitted final applications. It has also been noted in the Board that the present edition of CTET is being organized after a gap of around one year. Therefore, taking a sympathetic view of the matter, the Board has decided that these candidates, who had initiated registration process for CTET, be given one-time facility for completing their application on the portal. The facility will be made available on the portal from 11.00AM on 27th December 2025 till 30th December 2025 (11.59PM). These candidates are advised to verify their particulars and do necessary correction during process of final submission of application as no further opportunity will be given to them for correction of particulars. This is also informed that no fresh registration will be allowed during this process.

NOTICE
The online application process for the 21st edition of the CTET Examination has been started from 27/11/2025 and the last date for submitting online application is 18/12/2025 (11:59 PM). The candidates are advised to complete their online application as early as possible without waiting for last date. Further, it is informed to all applicants that there is no provision to select examination city in the online application portal and the candidates have to complete all the steps of their online application on the portal by filling relevant & correct details. The examination city to the applicants will be allotted by CBSE on random basis. The request for change of allotted examination city, for whatsoever reason, shall not be accepted.

CTET परीक्षा के 21वें संस्करण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 27/11/2025 से शुरू हो चुकी है और ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 18/12/2025 (रात 11:59 बजे) है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अंतिम तिथि का इंतज़ार किए बिना यथाशीघ्र अपना ऑनलाइन आवेदन पूरा करें। साथ ही, सभी आवेदकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि ऑनलाइन आवेदन पोर्टल में परीक्षा शहर चुनने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पोर्टल पर सही एवं प्रासंगिक विवरण भरकर सभी चरणों को पूर्ण करना होगा। परीक्षा शहर का आवंटन CBSE द्वारा आवेदकों को यादृच्छिक आधार पर किया जाएगा। परीक्षा के लिए आबंटित शहर में परिवर्तन का अनुरोध, चाहें कोई भी कारण हो, स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा ।
