महोदय,
उपरोक्त विषयाच्या संदर्भाधीन पत्राची प्रत त्यासोबतच्या सहपत्राच्या प्रतीसह या पत्रासोबत सलग्न करण्यात आली आहे.
२. संदर्भाधीन पत्रान्वये असे कळविण्यात आले आहे की, या वर्षी हर घर तिरंगा अभियान हे दिनांक ०२ ते १५ ऑगस्ट, २०२५ या कालावधीमध्ये तीन टप्प्यामध्ये आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे. सदर तीन टप्प्यामध्ये करावयाचे कार्यक्रम हे सदर पत्रासोबतच्या परिशिष्टामध्ये नमूद करण्यात आलेले आहेत.
३. संदर्भाधीन पत्रातील सूचनांनुसार हर घर तिरंगा अभियान राबविण्याबाबत आपल्या स्तरावरून सर्व संबंधितांना सूचना देण्यात याव्यात, ही विनंती.

Subject: Celebration of Har Ghar Tiranga 2025-regd
Madam / Sir,
I am directed to say that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign was started under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and to hoist it to mark India’s independence. The objective of this campaign is to encourage citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes and build a personal and emotional connection with the Tiranga.
2 This year, Har Ghar Tiranga campaign will be organized from 2nd – 15th August 2025 in the following three phases.
(i) Phase 1-2nd August to 8th August 2025
(ii) Phase II-9th August to 12th August 2025
(iii) Phase III-13th August to 15th August 2025
3 Activities to be undertaken in all three phases are at Annexure-l.
- It is requested to encourage students in all schools of your State/UT to hoist the Indian National Flag in their homes and upload their selfies with Tiranga on the website

during the campaign. The District Education Officers may also be directed to ensure a flag-hoisting ceremony in all Govt. and Govt. aided schools of your State/UT on the occasion of India’s Independence Day. While displaying the National Flag, the Flag Code of India 2002

may be adhered to. Activities such as Selfie with Tiranga, Prabhat-pheris, Tiranga Rallies (including bike and cycle rallies), Tiranga exhibitions, along with other grassroots-level Janbhagidari initiatives may also be undertaken to make Independence Day celebrations 2025 a more participative and widely celebrated occasion across the country,

The active participation of all students, teachers and education administrators in our State / UT will enable the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to reach every corner of ur nation, fostering a deep sense of unity and patriotism.

Annexure 1
Phase 1 (2nd-8th August 2025):
Decorating school walls and boards with Tiranga-inspired art.
Organizing Tiranga Rangoli competitions across schools.
Organizing Tiranga Rakhi-making workshops and competitions in coordination withthe Department of Postsfor facilitating to dispatch the rakhis to soldiers and police personnels.
Organize letter writing drives by students addressed to armed forces and police personnel in coordination withthe Department of Postsfor facilitating to dispatchthe letters to soldiers and police personnels.
Encouraging students to participate in national quiz on the Tiranga via the MyGov platform in coordination with MeitY (MyGov).
