संदर्भ :- क्र.२-६/२०२५- PPC भाग ९ भारत सरकार शालेय शिक्षण व साक्षरता विभाग NAT/PPC विभाग.

उपरोक्त विषयाच्या अनुषंगाने मा. पंतप्रधान महोदयांनी संकल्पित केलेला परीक्षा पे चर्चा संवादात्मक कार्यक्रम जानेवारी २०२६ च्या ३ या आठवडयात आयोजित करण्यात येणार आहे. यासाठी आपल्या जिल्ह्यातील प्रत्येकी १ मिनिटाचे २ व्हिडीओ सादर करावयाचे आहे. व्हिडीओमध्ये प्रेरणा अॅल्युमिनी, वीरगाथा आणि कलाउत्सव विजेत्यांमधील विद्यार्थ्यांचा समावेश करण्यात यावा. तसेच या विद्यार्थ्यांनी PPC 2026 मध्ये नोंदणी केलेली असणे आवश्यक आहे याची खात्री करावी.

Subject: Selection of students for interaction during the 9th Edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2026) – reg.

Sir/Madam,

As you are aware, Pariksha Pe Charcha is an interactive programme conceptualised by the Hon’ble Prime Minister to facilitate direct engagement with students, parents and teachers on issues relating to examinations, stress management and various aspects of life and to celebrate the exam season as Utsav. The 9th Edition of the programme i.e. PPC 2026 is scheduled to be held in the third week of January, 2026 (tentatively).

2. The Department of School Education & Literacy expresses its sincere gratitude to your State/UT for mobilising large-scale participation of students, teachers and parents in previous editions of PPC, which has significantly contributed to the achievement of over 4 crore registrations.
3. As done during the previous years, students are to be selected for interaction with the Hon’ble Prime Minister. For the purpose, States/UTs are requested to facilitate the selection of students, as per the details given below:

Action to be 10 Short video clips (one minute each) from different students taken (Class IX to XII) may be submitted from your State/UT. The selection should reflect regional diversity and inclusivity, including representation from rural and urban areas, gender balance and other demographic characteristics of the State/UT. The forwarded

videos may mandatorily include at least one student from PRERANA Alumini and VEER GATHA & Kala Utsav winners. It may also be ensured that the featured students must have registered/participated in PPC 2026 through the MyGov portal

4. The video clips may please be uploaded on a Web/Drive link, and the link may please be shared with NCERT at director.ncert@nic.in under CC to award-event.section@gov.in. Along with the video, the following details of the student may also be provided: Name, Address, Name of School, Class, Age, Email ID and Mobile Number (parent’s mobile number may be provided, if required).
5. The deadline for receipt of the videos by NCERT is 12th January 2026 by 5 PM. States/UTs are requested to adhere to the above timelines to enable timely. scrutiny and further processing.

उपरोक्त विषयास अनुसरुन आपणांस कळविण्यात येते की, संचानालयाच्या संदर्भ क्रमांक २ च्या पत्रान्वये परीक्षा पे चर्चा २०२६ (PPC-२०२६) साठी सहभागी होण्यासाठी दिनांक ०१ डिसेंबर २०२५ ते ११ जानेवारी २०२६ दरम्यान https://innovateindia.mygov.in या संकेतस्थळावर इयत्ता ६ वी ते १२ वीचे विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक व पालकांसाठी ऑनलाईन MCQ स्पर्धा आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे. सर्व सहभागीस सहभाग प्रमाणपत्र दिले जाईल, तसेच त्याअनुषंगाने आपल्या विभागातील जिल्हयातील सर्व शाळांमधील मुख्याध्यापक/प्राचार्य यांना केंद्रशासनाच्या पत्रातील बाची निदर्शनास आणाव्यात. तसेच आपल्या स्तरावरुन सर्व संबंधितांस परीक्षा पे चर्चा ९ (PPC-२०२६) मध्ये जास्तीत जास्त विद्याध्यांनी, शिक्षकांनी तसेच पालकांनी सहभागी व्हावे. चाकरिता सूचित करुन त्याचा अहवाल संचालनालयास सादर करावा. असे सूचित करण्यात आलेले होते.

तथापि, आजपर्यंत कोणत्याही जिल्हयामधून विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक व पालक यांनी परीक्षा पे चर्चा ९ (PPC-२०२६) कार्यक्रमांमध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी https://innovateindia.mygov.in या पोर्टलवर नोंदणी केल्याचे दिसून येत नाही. तरी सोबतच्या तक्त्यात नमूद केल्यानुसार जिल्हानिहाय विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक व पालक यांचेकरीता उहिष्ट देण्यात येत असून सदर उद्दिष्ट पूर्ण करण्याची जबाबदारी संबंधित जिल्हयाचे शिक्षणाधिकारी/शिक्षण निरीक्षक यांची राहील याची नोंद घ्यावी. त्यासाठी संबंधित जिल्हयातील मुख्याध्यापकांची व क्षेत्रस्तरीय अधिकाऱ्यांची बैठक घेऊन सदर उहिष्ट पूर्ण करण्याची दक्षता घ्यावी.
