इयत्ता ३ री ते १२ वी इयत्तांचा पाठ्यक्रम तयार करणेसाठी मार्गदर्शक, राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा (शालेय शिक्षण)- २०२४ मसुदा राज्य शैक्षणिक संशोधन व प्रशिक्षण परिषद महाराष्ट्र, पुणे मार्फत तयार करण्यात आला आहे. सदर राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा (शालेय शिक्षण) २०२४ मसूद्यामध्ये समाविष्ट वैशिष्ट्यांमध्ये खालील बाबींचा समावेश आहे.
राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा (शालेय शिक्षण) २०२४ मसूदा
SCF-SE वैशिष्ट्ये
१. अभ्यासक्रमाची ध्येये व क्षमतांची स्तरनिहाय स्पष्टता. (Curricular Goals & Competencies)
a. राष्ट्रीय शिक्षण धोरण २०२० मधील तरतूदींनुसार अभ्यासक्रम व पाठ्यक्रम निर्मिती.
b. स्तरनिहाय व इयत्तानिहाय क्षमता यांची स्पष्टता आणण्यात आलेली आहे.
२. भाषा-
a. इ.१ली ते १०वी साठी मराठी व इंग्रजी अनिवार्य
b. इ.६वी पासून हिंदी, संस्कृत सह अन्य भारतीय व परदेशी भाषा शिकण्याचा पर्याय.
c. इ.११वी १२वी साठी दोन भाषांचे शिक्षण.
३. व्यावसायिक शिक्षण-
a. इ.३री पासून व्यावसायिक शिक्षणाची सोय. (इ.३री ते ८वी पूर्व व्यावसायिक कौशल्ये आणि
इ.९वी पासून विशेष व्यावसायिक शिक्षणाची सोय.)
b. व्यावसायिक शिक्षणांतर्गत, कृत्रिम बुद्धीमत्ता, मशिन लर्निंग, डाटा सायन्स, कृषि, इत्यादी नाविन्यपूर्ण विषय उपलब्ध होणार.
c. व्यावसायिक शिक्षणाच्या माध्यमातून विद्यार्थी किमान कौशल्ये तसेच व्यावसायिक ज्ञान संपादन करू शकेल.
४. NCF- राष्ट्रीय अभ्यासक्रम अराखड्यानुसार, गणित व विज्ञान विषयांचे दोन स्तरावरील (Basic & Advanced) अभ्यासक्रम विचारार्थ.
५. इ.११वी, १२वी मध्ये (कला, वाणिज्य, विज्ञान, व्यावसायिक) शाखांचे बंधन असणार नाही.
a. विद्यार्थ्यांना कोणत्याही शाखेचे विषय निवडता येतील. (उदा. विज्ञान शाखेचा विद्यार्थी वाणिज्य
तसेच कला शाखेची विषय निवडू शकेल.)
६. आंतरसमवाय क्षेत्रे (Cross Cutting Themes)- शालेय शिक्षणामध्ये पुढील बाबींवर भर देण्यात आलेला आहे.
a. भारतीय ज्ञान प्रणाली- मूळ भारतीय प्राचीन ज्ञान विद्यार्थ्यांपर्यत पोहचवणे.b. मूल्यांचे शिक्षण- सांविधानिक मूल्ये, मानवी मूल्ये, नैतिक मूल्यांचे शिक्षण. (स्वच्छता, सेवा, अहिंसा, सत्य, निष्काम कर्म, सहनशीलता, प्रामाणिकपणा)
c. शाळेमध्ये मार्गदर्शन व समुपदेशन- विद्यार्थ्यांचे शारीरिक आरोग्य, मानसिक आरोग्य याबाबत मार्गदर्शन तसेच शैक्षणिक व व्यावसायिक मार्गदर्शन.
d. शैक्षणिक तंत्रज्ञान.
e. पर्यावरण शिक्षण.
f. समावेशित शिक्षण.
७. आंतरविद्याशाखीय शिक्षण-
विषयामध्ये शाश्वत विकासासाठी पर्यावरण शिक्षण समाविष्ट.
८. शारीरिक शिक्षण व निरामयता-
शारीरिक शिक्षण व निरामयता हा विषय शालेय अभ्यासक्रमाचा एक अविभाज्य भाग, महाराष्ट्रतील स्थानिक खेळाला महत्व, शाळेत क्रीडा संस्कृती रुजविण्यावर भर, आनंददायी शिक्षणावर भर, मूल्यमापनाची आधुनिक तंत्रे वापरण्यावर भर.
९. बदलत्या जगाची आव्हाने पेलण्यासाठी मानवी मूल्य, जीवन कौशल्य व नैतिकतेवर आधारित तार्कीक विचार करणारे शिक्षण दिले जाईल. आरोग्य, कला, व्यवसाय शिक्षण या विषयांचे ही प्रचलित
विषयांसोबत महत्त्व वाढवले जाईल.
चिकित्सक वृत्ती, विज्ञाननिष्ठ पुराव्यावर आधारित चिकित्सक विचार करण्याची वृत्ती विकसित होईल. आशयाचे ओझे कमी करून सखोल संकल्पना व महत्त्वाच्या क्षमता मूल्ये कौशल्य विकसित होतील यावर भर आहे. स्वतः कृतीतून ज्ञान निर्मिती करतील शालांत परीक्षेचे घोकमपट्टी व स्मरणावर आधारित परीक्षा हे स्वरूप बदलून प्राप्त कौशल्यांचे मूल्यमापन करण्यासाठी योजना असतील. (HPC- Holistic Progress Card)
१०. शालेय संस्कृती, प्रक्रिया व साहाय्यभूत परिसंस्था-
a. शालेय कार्यपद्धती कशी असावी याबाबत आदर्श मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे.
b. शाळांचे मानांकनासाठी तरतूद. SQAAF
c. शाळांमध्ये अध्ययन पूरक वातावरण निर्मितीसाठी मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे.
d. शिक्षकांचे सक्षमीकरण व सबलीकरणासाठी उपाययोजना. शिक्षकांच्या व्यावसायिक विकासाच्या संधी. DIET कडे विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांसाठी स्थानिक भाषेत साहित्य विकसन करण्याची जबाबदारी.
e. समाज व कुटुंबाचा सहभाग वाढवणेसाठी उपक्रम.११. अद्ययावत मूल्यमापन योजना-
a. HPC- Holistic Progress Card विकसन कार्यवाही सुरु.
b. काही विषयांचे मूल्यमान मंडळ स्तरावरुन आणि काही विषयांचे मूल्यमापन शाळा स्तरावर करण्याची बाब विचाराधीन.
c. सत्र पद्धतीचा अवलंब करणे विचाराधीन, यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांना वार्षिक परीक्षेवेळी येणारा ताण कमी होईल व परीक्षेसाठी एकाचा सत्राचा अभ्यासक्रम असेल.
d. बोर्ड परीक्षांद्वारे मूल्ये आणि स्वभाववृत्तीचे मूल्यमापन.
१२. राष्ट्रीय व आंतराष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील गरजा व अभ्यासक्रमांशी सुसंगत अभ्यासक्रम राज्यात राबविणे.
१३. कलाशिक्षण- आनंददायी शिक्षणासाठी कलेचे महत्त्व अधोरेखित केले आहे. महाराष्ट्रातील पारंपारिक कलाप्रकार तसेच सांस्कृतिक वारसा असणाऱ्या कला यांचा कलाशिक्षणात समावेश केला आहे. आपापल्या भागातील लोककलांचा समावेश करण्याची मुभा कला शिक्षणात दिली आहे. कलानिर्मितीत पर्यावरण पूरक साहित्य वापरणे व त्यातून पर्यावरण रक्षणाचा संदेश देणे असा प्रयत्न केला आहे.
राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा (शालेय शिक्षण) २०२४ तयार करत असतांना राष्ट्रीय अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा NCF- SE २०२३ मधील तरतूदी विचारात घेतलेल्याआहेत आणि त्यामध्ये महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे अनुषंगाने अंशतः बदल करण्यात आलेले आहेत.
सदर राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा (शालेय शिक्षण) २०२४ मसुदा परिषदेच्या स्पर्श करा या संकेतस्थळावर दिनांक. २३/०५/२०२४ पासून जनतेच्या प्रतिक्रियांसाठी खुला करण्यात आला आहे.
राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा (शालेय शिक्षण)- २०२४ मसुद्याबाबत सर्व समाज घटक, शिक्षक, पालक, शिक्षण तज्ञ, शैक्षणिक प्रशासन यांनी आपले अभिप्राय दिनांक. ०३/०६/२०२४ पर्यंत नोंदवावेत असे आवाहन करण्यात आलेले आहे.
यानुसार प्राप्त होणाऱ्या सुचनांचा समावेश करुन राज्य अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा सुधारित करण्यात येईल.

State Council of Educational Research and Training, Maharashtra, Pune has developed a draft of State Curriculum Framework (School Education)- 2024 aims to prepare a syllabus from Grade 3 to 12. This draft of SCF-SE includes following features:

- Stage wise Curricular Goals & Competencies
a. Curriculum and Syllabus development as per the provisions of the NΕΡ 2020,
b. Stage wise and standard wise Competencies have been clarified.

- Languages-
a. Marathi and English language learning is compulsory from Grade 1 to 10.
b. Hindi, Sanskrit and other Indian and foreign languages are being offered from Grade 6 onwards.
c. Two languages should be selected at Grade 11 & 12. (One is Indian & another is foreign)
- Vocational Education-
a. Facilitation of vocational education is made available from Grade 3.(Facility of learning pre-vocational
skills from 3rd to 8th grade and special vocational education from 9th grade.)
b. Under Vocational education, innovative subjects like artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, agriculture, etc. will be made available.
c. Through vocational education, a student can acquire minimum skills as well as professional knowledge.
- As per NCF-National Curriculum Framework, offering of two level (Basic & Advanced) syllabus of Mathematics and Science subjects is also under consideration.
- No hard separation among streams (Arts, Commerce, Science, Vocational) at Grade 11 & 12.
a Students can choose subjects from any discipline. (E.g. Science stream student can choose Commerce as well as Arts stream subjects.)
- Cross Cutting Themes – The following aspects are being emphasized in school education.
a Indian Knowledge System- Bringing the original Indian ancient knowledge to the students.
b. Value & Dispositions Education of constitutional values, human values, moral values. (Cleanliness, service, non-violence, truth, tolerance, honesty, etc.)
c. Guidance and Counseling in School- Guidance regarding physical health, mental health of students as well as academic and vocational guidance
d. Educational Technology.
e. Environment Education.
f. Inclusive Education.
- Education in interdisciplinary areas –
Environment education for sustainable development is included in each subject.
- Physical Education and well-being-
Physical education and well-being will be an integral part of school curriculum. Importance is given to local sports in Maharashtra. Emphasis is on inculcating sports culture in schools, enjoyable learning, using modern techniques of assessment.
- Logical thinking education based on human values, life skills and ethics will be imparted to meet the challenges of the changing world. Health, arts, business education will be given importance along with the regular subjects. A critical thinking based on scientific evidence will be developed. Emphasis is placed on concept clarification, important competencies, values, skills by reducing content burden. Focus is given on shifting traditional examination pattern to evaluate acquired skills and knowledge by doing. HPC-Holistic Progress Card)
- School Culture, Process and Supportive Ecosystem-
a. SOP for schools operations.
b. Provision for ranking of schools. (SQAAF)
c. Guidelines for creating a supportive learning environment in schools.
d. Measures for enabling and empowering teachers.
e. Professional development opportunities for teachers. DIETs are responsible for developing materials in local language for students and teachers.
f. Activities to increase community and family participation.
- Updated Evaluation scheme-
a. HPC-Holistic Progress Card development is under process.
b. Multilevel evaluation system will be adopted. (External and school level evaluation)
c. Adoption of semester system is under consideration. This will reduce the stress of the students during the annual examination and have to study half of the syllabus for the examination.
d. Assessing values and dispositions in Board Examinations.
- To implement curriculum in the state in accordance with national and international trends.
- Art Education –
The importance of art for enjoyable learning is highlighted. Traditional art forms of Maharashtra as well as cultural heritage are included in art education. There is an opportunity to include local folk arts in the art education. An attempt has been made to use eco-friendly materials in art making and to convey the message of environment conservation.
While preparing the State Curriculum Framework (School Education) 2024, the provisions of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF-SE) 2023 have been taken into consideration. Some changes are made according to the context of Maharashtra.
The said draft of State Curriculum Framework (School Education) 2024 has been opened for public feedback
on the website https://www.maa.ac.in/from 23/05/2024.
Regarding the draft of State Curriculum Framework (School Education)- 2024, all social groups, teachers, parents, educational experts, administrators are requested to register their feedback up to 03/06/2024.
The State Curriculum Framework (School Education) 2024 will be revised by incorporating the appropriate suggestions received accordingly.
