(राज्यपालांची संमती मिळाल्यानंतर "महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात" दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी प्रथम प्रसिद्ध केलेला अधिनियम) महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ यात आणखी सुधारणा करण्यासाठी अधिनियम १९६६ चा ज्याअर्थी, यात यापुढे दिलेल्या प्रयोजनांकरिता, महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ यामध्ये आणखी सुधारणा करणे इष्ट आहे; त्याअर्थी, भारतीय गणराज्याच्या शहात्तराव्या वर्षी, याद्वारे, पुढील अधिनियम करण्यात येत आहे :- १. या अधिनियमास, महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता (दुसरी सुधारणा) अधिनियम, २०२५, असे संक्षिप्त नाव. म्हणावे. प्राधिकृत प्रकाशन महाराष्ट्र विधानमंडळाचे अधिनियम व राज्यपालांनी प्रख्यापित केलेले अध्यादेश व केलेले विनियम आणि विधि व न्याय विभागाकडून आलेली विधेयके (इंग्रजी अनुवाद).
